Mermaid or Siren playable character?

Could a talented person please port/develop a playable Mermaid/Siren character simular to the Oblivion character by SydneyB?!? this was an _Awesome_ character who would run - until wet, then became a mermaid.

She would have to be pretty coldblooded swimming among all that ice. As for being a Siren she would be a pretty lonely one but would hope she sings better than the bards. :)

Hang on, she would become a mermaid when she gets wet? What happens when there is a snow storm, she would be flopping about all over the place. Hmmmm, kitty likes fish for dinner.

No coldblooded, after all she would be part fish and sirens lure humans to their death with their singing. That's pretty coldblooded in my opinion. If she was warm blooded then she would be carrying a stack of blubber to stop from freezing. Now there's a thought! Just joking. :)
