Mod Idea- skill hotkey
Hi, I had this idea for a mod. The mod would make it possible to assing spells into hotkeys 1-9 or less, so you can just use them. It would make possible to use like, two swords and just cast helling spells. It is nice ideia, because you don't have to pause the game and change powers and weapons.

Can someone make it?
