There is the Nordic continent of Atmora to the north of Tamriel and another continent called Akavir where the ancient Akaviris forming the Blades supposely came from. It is to the right of Tamriel, west of Hammerfell.

Yokuda, Akavir, Atmora, Pyandonea, Aldmeris, this doesn't include the Summerset Isle's and many small outlying islands.

Summerset Isle is part of Tamriel, though, the same way Japan is part of Asia. And Yokuda isn't there anymore, it sank into the sea. And Aldmeris isn't even confirmed to exist, but might simply be a sort of shared "racial memory" amongst the races of elves, and that it probably never existed as a physical area.
