Return of the Psijic Order

I was playing through Skyrim yesterday and the Psijic Order visited me and spoke to me, I was then told that they once were powerful but then disappeared along with their castle thing. So I thought I would ask someone to make a quest/location mod allowing for more quest line stuff involving the Psijic Order. I think it would be a great mod but I have no knowledge on how to make mods so would any of you guys do it?

How about you start by looking into the lore surrounding them first before thinking that a mod about them would be a good idea.

The text listed below is straight from the Elder Scrolls Wiki and is correct, so a mod being made for such in Skyrim would fit with the presence of the monks appearances at the Mage College in Winterhold. I would use the Auger Of Dunlain as a quest giver and have a quest arch that involves finding a lost portal or some such, since the island is not currently visible.

Around the end of the First Era, at about the time of the founding of the Mages Guild in Tamriel, the isle disappeared entirely, only to reappear 500 years later. Members of the Order who were thought to have died when it vanished reappeared as well, refusing to reveal where Artaeum had been during its time away.[2]

The Isle of Artaeum disappeared again approximately 100 years before the civil war in Skyrim.

It is also stated that the God King and member of the Psijic Order, Sotha Sil, visited the island at the end of the First Era. [3] (Confirmed by the 2920 books)

GeographyEdit

Artaeum is said to have idylic orchards and pastures, the still and silent lagoons, the misty woodlands, and the unique Psijic architecture that seems to be as natural but wondrous as the surroundings. The Ceporah Tower, a structure built by a civilization several hundred years before the Altmer, is one of Artaeum's more prominent features.[4]

Yeah, I would like it if someone made a mod where were to have a carrage somwhere in skyrim that could take you to a small region of Summerset Isle's and you could go to where the temple would be and you could talk to one of the members of The Psijic Order and do a few quests to prove your worth, but you have to be the leader of the collage (probably spelled collage wrong) and have at least become able to go the top of the throat of the world, after you become a member you can find out what happened to them when they disappeared, get their outfit, and after a lot of quests, you become a high rank in their order.
