lost my house??

I just bought a house and all of the insides paid 5000 for the house but I cant find it on the map or anywhere. Do i actully have a house to go to in the game or is it a waste of money??

1.If u bought a house you should have a mini quest telling you to visit in in misc.
2.It wont be on the map if its in the city.
3.Houses only show up on maps in hearthfires when you buy land.

Youu should have been given a key to enter the house. Have a look in the menu and then look it up on the local map. Press M and then L.
