I have the daedra heart and troll fat, return the the stronghold, help kill the giant, give items to Atub on the watchtower and she just stands up there, "I have to concentrate" "you have to help..." she won't do the ritual. running the unofficial patch mod...any ideas?

I can not even get them to come outside LMAO! I am not sure if the quest started or what. No giants around,no bodies around there all inside doing nothing just walking around & attack me had to use the CALM spell & still can not get no quest from ATUB all she says something about family thats it....

I had the same issue now. Atub just standing there, blabbing nonsense instead of starting with the ritual. But you can skip the ritual step and go on to the next quest stage with this console command:
SetStage DA06 70

Meaning: DA06 is the Quest ID
70 is the next Quest Stage we want to progress to.

Reloading a save is your best bet then. If the wikis don't know, then you got a one of a kind bug.

What do you mean? I already fixed it with the method I posted earlier. I could skip the buggy part of the quest with the console and could continue with the next.

No problem, maybe I didn't make it clear enough, that this will fix the problem from the OP and me.

So incase you hand the ingredients immediately to Atub, she needs to go to her perch overlooking the wall, and UGOR needs to be on the adjacent wall, on the opposite side of the gate, they need to play out the little RP speech in order to carry on. Sometimes Ugor is sent via a spaceclub from the giant, causing her to be lost forever (AFAIK) causing the quest to be stalled. RELOADING is the easiest fix
