how do you mean? most times crossplatform play is online with say pc and mac players been able to use same servers

By Cross-platform do you mean:
1)transferring saved games?
or:
2)playing with others?
1) i think it is possible, once formatted, to transfer the skyrim saves to a USB and then decode them on a pc, but i'm not sure.
2)Skyrim is Single player only.

There is no multiplayer in Skyrim, so No.

There is no multiplayer at all. Skyrim is single player only,no matter what platform you choose.
