Still Worth buying @ $40?

I saw that this game was on a flash sale down to $30, but I was at a relatives house up until right after it ended and now it's back up to $40. I had this game on xbox(consololol i know) and sold it back after beating the game and getting level 80 because i didn't see a real point to doing the endless side missions. Do the steam workshop mods along with playing on ultra etc. make this worth another $40 for this game?

i would say definately. There are three official mods out now and SO much stuff in the workshop and skyrim nexus which can transform the game completely. I'm currently running the game with and ENB mod from the nexus called 'Seasons of Skyrim'. Absolutley the best looking game.. many games have their moment but skyrim has them all the time. an amazing achievement... get it, get it on!
