Urag gro-Shub is stucked!

Follow up on the quests in surch of the Elder Scrolls i have to talk to Urag gro-Shub in order to get along with my quest. But He only say one line and no more. Quess something is wrong. I cant get on with the quest for the scrolls. Now what?

If you are part way through the college of winterhold mage quests I believe you need to finish those first

Have you completed the Main Quest: Throat of the World?

What mission are you doing for the College? If you are at the point where Ancano has killed the Arch mage then you won't beable to interact with him. Until you complete the questline.

People are right - you have to finish the Quest THE STAFF OF MAGNUS .... I will not put any spoilers here .. but you do have to finish that Quest, before you'll have actual dialog.

I didn't finifh the quest The Staff of magnus. So that's why I can't talk to urag gor-Shub. Doing it now. Thank you all for helping me out.
