Dorthe hires thugs to bash you! What?

The sweet little innocent girl from Riverwood plays tag, and hide-and-seek, and composes a note to hire thugs to track you down and bash you into the ground! Wha-at? Is this a glitch?

I can't even remember stealing anything from her. I have taken stuff from her home but only when it was not marked as stealing.

Normally, if someone sends thugs after you, you can read the note, see who sent them, then go to the person and teach them a lesson they'll never forget! But Dorthe? She can't be killed because she's a child! How do you get revenge killing on a child who can't be killed?

Punch her in the face. Really hard. In fact, "teaching a lesson" means not killing them, since if they die, they haven't learned anything. Like, for instance, you don't hire some two-bit thugs to take on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Dragonborn.

Plus, you know, killing kids is just straight-up immoral.

Actually if you attack a village citizen - that only compounds your problems there. You think you have troubles now - just attack a member the village and you have a whole new set of troubles.

I killed her using a mod. Her spirit in Sovngarde should get the lesson. I proceeded to kill Alvor and Sigrid, not because of her crimes, but because they had 5h1tty parenting.
