Gem to appraiser
So in the side quests that is one that says "take unusual gem to appraiser" but it does not point me in any direction?? where is the unusual gem appraiser? I have 3 'unusual gems....
Any help?

You have to go to Riften and talk to the people around there. Someone will tell you to go and have the theives guild look at it and you should get some quest marker at that point!

He is in market place in Riften, his name is Brynjolf I do believe.

Actually, Vex gives you the apprasial. Although I have only ever talked to her, so maybe they both do.
