companions quest glitch, help

alright so i completed the quest "striking the heart" for aela and i decided to run off and do other quests, now that i come back, i find that everyone is telling me, "arent you already running a job for aela?" and i cannot prgress at all with the companions because the game thinks im still on this quest i already finished.
I did try fixing this with the console by reseting the quest and completing it once more, and still the same problem.
Any ideas? or am i just plain effed out of not being able to complete the companions?

'Striking the Heart' is the first part of a larger quest called Second Wave given by Aela. You may have been given the second part called 'Stealing Plans' without realising it.Check your quest lists. No other companion will give you a quest if you have an uncompleted one still outstanding. Note: there are three parts to "Second Wave' quest. Good luck.

"stealing plans" is NOT in my quests, i was never given the quest, i am sure of this, i checked, ive already given up on the companions at this point, cant find anything about this issue online

try a setstage to go on to next part type in quest name in googel bar and look in one of the top 3 sites it will give you the number to put in to get to next part

that was one of the first things i tried, tried going on to the next quest (stealing plans) with the console, but the quest was all effed up, broken waypoint, and "movetoqt CR10" just popped me underground with the broken waypoint, also tried redoing the previous quest that caused everything, and i can get the quest back, but setstage doesnt revert the progress i made on the quest, and the completequest comand completes the quest as it should but fixes nothing, even tried completing "stealing plans" with the console but i still get the same broken line from the companions. this is seriously one tough bug
