Won't stop snowing.

So I recently started a new char and ever since it started snowing, it's never stopped. Even in Falkreath hold. It won't stop snowing, I also use Frostfall so this comes with an added annoyance. My character is always freezing to death even in a nice temperate forest.

I've tried using console commands to change the weather, which normally works, but it didn't work.

Anything else I can do?

try adding

[Weather]
bPrecipitation=0

in the skyrimprefs.ini and skyrim.ini at the bottom

I don't want it to NEVER snow. I just want to make it not snow perpetually.

Refresh your ini files all 3 of them and reinstall Frostfall and CoT or any weather mods. I've had this happen before. I hope you use a mod manager it will make this process go quickly.

If you have the shout Clear Skies this is the time to use it.
