Problems in Silverdrift Lair - please help

I'm stuck halfway through Silverdrift Lair. I can't pass some steel bars (spears actually). Is there a lever somewhere? Can anyone help?

I'm not sure exactly where you are but yes there are levers that open all the portcullis. If you are on the overhead walkway there is a lever on the central pillar.

Sometimes you have to do a thorough search. They like hiding the levers on top level walkways or in side rooms.

On the walls next to cells a button, and for the doudle barred door levers each side. And if entering to go down stairs at start of dugeon behind grill right side by bars cheers
