Weapons and armor from mods appear invisible
I have downloaded some mods from both steam workshop and nexus and the armor and weapons are appearing in the game as invisible. They can be used and equipped but appear invisible. The mods currently affected are Jaysus Swords, Silver Dragon armor, and some mods from Ronnie_Magnum. Someone please help!!!

The weapons and armor only started being invisible yesterday so it's definately not conflicting mods. My guess is it is probably a problem with meshes or load order but I'm not completely sure
its conflicts mate...they don't necessarily happen straight away. Now go look it up and decide what mods you're gonna remove or deactivate so they don't conflict. There's no other way around it.

It sounds like load order, may want to check out BOSS for a better one. Usually you want to put the model mods (the shape/skeleton) first and texture afterward. Also when you install make sure you don't overwrite each other mods unless you know what to do (as you can actually mix/match the part of the mods since each armour/weapons are made from multiple part). It's also possible that the required mods require a specific body mod you don't have, or a master mod where it's pulling the resource from (say it's only a retexture so it only contain retexture on another mods not the original resource).

Well like most ppl are saying mod order and use BOSS.I have 39 armor mods and 5 weapon mods no problems,i also use two body mods UNP and CBBE,Temptress race UNP and NPC's use CBBE.If you put CBBE armor on UNP you breasts get messed up,like nipple colors in the wrong place, but the armor still shows on your character.Make sure the armors are stand alone and craftable.Textures are not armor mods they just recolor the original armor mod.I have Jaysus weapons and the Silver Dragon armor, made the armor and it's on mannequin and have not made any Jaysus weapons yet.Not good to have two Elven armor mods trying to alter the same file.As i said before take stane alone over replacer armors.

There's nothing wrong with replacer, I have CaBaL HD retexture of leather/hide armour AND Tropical Skyrim retexture of fur into tiger skin. They look sick together.
It is also possible to combine standard HD retexture of armour with skimpy/other armour base and make them looks better.

I figured out the issue. It turned out that my mod manager was installing the mods into a separate folder inside my data folder in my skyrim directory after I downloaded a new nexus mod managaer update and for some reason when I moved them out of that folder they started working again.
