Touching the Sky, more like reaching to the bottom!
I have to say Reaching the Sky is the most frustrating quest in the entire game it is a Dawnguard quest and is easy to lose your way to your objective in the caves you will find there and if you dont do the quest objectives in order prepare to start all over again!

Frustrating but part and parcel of the Skyrim adventure. That is what makes it so adictive. Trying to work out the objectives and the way of achieving them. But I must agree that trying to get it right does take some perserverance and wondering if you are going to get it right.

Have you tried using the Clairvoyence spell to take you to your objective?

I go by the map and landmarks but the map sucks when it comes to interiors I rarely use Clairvoyance as it seems like a cheat plus not filling the ewers in order has screwed up the quest markers I go through on waysrine portal that has the marker just to be directed back to the portal i just came from

Haha.
But probably less frustrating than trying to pinpoint the thing that hinders you to buy property in Falkreath.

I had that problem with Markarth I did what was asked and yet I couldn't purchase my home so after about 4 more bounty's and spending an hour looking for people to help I looked at my stats and saw I had a bounty and then I paid it off and was able to buy my home, I just about wiped out the entire Understone keep, but i always save before i do something like that, it's anger managment lol!
