where the skyrim ini?

i cant of the life of me find it i looked for it in skyrim folder everywhere i cant find it the only thing i can find is the skyrim.prefs but where the ini please guys any help

Thank You "old_streets." You just helped me fix my Skyrim by allowing me to copy and paste your Skyrim.isi. And for that I thank you "old_streets."

If you can play the game then there's an .ini created and its in /My Documents/My Games/Skyrim. Worst case scenario - turn off the 'hide system files' option for windows.

There's actually two .ini created there Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini

Also - ensure that you have the 'hide file extensions of known file types' option turned *off* or Windows will not show the .*** extensions.

All I have is skyrimprefs and skyrim. Playing at 20-25fps now. Need to turn off shadows. Can't turn them off. Tried everything.
