Skyrim indoors spazzing out

Hi. So the other day when I started to play Skyrim after a long day of hard work the indoors of houses and stuff were spazzing out. Every cup, plate and other things just flew around in the room making aweful sounds and then after a while just falling to the ground. When it then stopped I could hear from other rooms that the same thing happened there. At every house I'm in this happens. I'm currently playing with a couple of mods, but even when I uninstalled them all this problem still occurs. I've also made a new save but nothing changes. i found when i took off the frame rate limit this happend to me, i went from 60FPS wich is the lock, to 120-30 FPS. did you do this too?

This doesn't sound like the problem you are having, but I figured I'd mention it.

If you have been dropping and then placing items, they will FLY back to the location you dropped them when you zone into a place.

You can work around this by dropping and item on the floor, zone out, zone in, then place it in the desired location, then zone out and in.

This happened to me for a little while too. It eventually stopped doing this. It's a collision with the items and you opening the door. It happened when I was sneaking into a room full of bandits, things went flying everywhere, the bandits didn't even notice.
