Mogrul
I want to ask if mogrul is connected with a quest (except he got 1000 gold from me). that NPC and his follower is annoying me much and about to kill them.. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rasists

Not much info on him, but he's not "quest-essential" so yeah, revenge is yours to take. But note that he is "protected," meaning that when you hurt him badly enough he is going to pretend to surrender. Then when you turn away he's going to shoot you in the back.

Yeah, some of the racism does get really old, really fast. You haven't seen anything yet though, wait until you start participating in the civil war story: Ulfric and the Thalmor both are pretty outragious.

Oh that guy, sorry about the mix-up. You can kill him, but there's a dirty trick to doing it. Walk into town from the main gate and wait for him to detect you. Once he does, he and his boyfriend will start slowly walking towards you. If you do anything right now it will be a crime and the guards will aggro on you, so just start walking backwards out of town. He'll keep following you as long as you don't run or get out of his detection range.

Let him follow you all the way to the little ash yam farm... then gut them both like grilled slaughterfish.

I don't know how far they'll follow you, the farthest I've taken them is to that ship where the Morag Tong assassins spawn.

Yes, is this guy annoying! I tried freezing him, and using a shout to send him out to sea. Last run through, I took him to see the dragon(by Miraks temple), and he died. This time I rode the dragon, and targeted Mogrul, but he still wouldn't die. I've always refused to pay him. But maybe this time for some reason, the 'quest' won't end, until I do. And then like you say I can kill him!

I assume that you have not played Morrowind?

that would be a good assumption to make, same though it the best.
and yes you can kill him, i managed to get him ti follow me without his N'wah boyfriend and turned him into a zombie.

J3X, I have played morrowwind for a very short time when i visited some friend in US.
The first Elderscroll game i have actively played was Oblivion and now Skyrim. but can imagine what you mean.

As for that Ogre and his friend... i have payed him the debt form the old man and even after i have payed him i got attacked by thugs he hired to get after me,, so i went to the pub he always visiting.. putted on godmode and turned him and his friend to a pile of ashes.. i got attacked at all side and guard catched me when i ran off... paid the 40 gold fine and all was ok again... i felt good .. hehe
