The next Elder scrolls game. whe re will it be ?

yes yes i know it's a bit soon for thinking about TES VI. but i realy want to know already!!!!
and yes i am aware of that "dlc" that never came out to skyrim named"redguard". so we kinda have maybe the location.

so where do you thing the game will take place in?

for me it's either elsweyr or Akavir.

elsweyr have a big desert,a jungle,and a forest. its a great terrain for a game.
and the khajiit are by far one of the best races the seris have[at least in my opinion]

But after i saw the April 1th joke at UESP about the next elder scrolls game being in akavir i was thinking a llittle. just think about it after the elder scrolls online will see all the kingdoms on
Tamriel .... i think a whole new land and races is a very good idea.

I would Like the Akaviri...they basically are modelled off the Japanese aren't they...so that kind of Ancient Eastern Culture attracts me....The mountain mist and waterfalls...earthquakes could be a good game feature...and Volcanoes, Tropical wildlife, jungles...and Coastal / island hopping between boats..all good man. All good...

My guess is that the next game will take place in Valenwood or the Summerset Isles, possibly Elsweyr. I think that the next game will use the Thalmor in a greater, more important way, so it makes sense that it will take place in an area where Thalmor power is greatest. Skyrim seemed to be setting up a conflict with the Thalmor to be used in a later game.

Im thinking similar to what Wofl said. Almost all of the games tied into the empire and discussed the blades heavily so, maybe its set in summerset isles and valenwood (that would be awesom and definitley should be capable of next gen consoles.) I'd imagine that you start off in prison or captivity (would not be surprised) and then you are tasked with taking down the Thalmor through The Blades operatives.

Or the Redguards.

Wolf your idea of the thalmor sounds right. but... idk we dont realy know how the summerset island looks like...maybe that's the chance ^__^

I highly doubt Akavir will be featured any time soon, simply because (not withstanding TES I: Arena) there is still a large amount of Tamriel that hasn't be utilized; Summerset Isle, Valenwood, Elsweyr, Black Marsh, and for the sake of argument the mainland of Morrowind. While keeping in mind that everything discussed here is mere conjecture, I'd have to say that one of those four Provinces will be the setting for any future Elder Scrolls game.

since they are working 100% on elder scrolls online (*womits*) i doubt VI will see the dawn of day anytime soon, im thinking next gen consoles ready, so minimum - about a year after ps4 release....
regarding the storyline, it would be awesome if they could implement as many regions into one game - especially morrowind and cyrodil, i know we've seen them already but my personal con on the elder scrolls games were that it was always one region....i hope for the best :)

I would love to play on the other continents. You can always read about the animal people on the other continents. Would love to see this.

I would love if they do a big game were you could travel everywhere in Tamriel but otherwise I think Elsweyr would be great :D

almost half the people heer said" i want the whole tamriel!!" did you forget about TESO ?

and even after 10 years bethesda wont do a whole tamriel game.[see morrowind. we still have never seen the mainland...]

I suppose they could make a game featuring all of Tamriel, they did it in Arena. While it is unlikely, it is possible since they will already have a height map and all of that for the entire world after completeing ESO.

although I am aware that Bethesda did not do nearly as much with the Thalmor conflict in Skyrim as they planned too I still think that their next game will tie into that majorly. I mean I could see akavir in some ways, maybe a spin-off of Imperialism with the Empire, Thalmor and other nations attempting to colonize Akavir?

Possible, but not likely I think Bethesda will wanna finish this poorly planned out conflict.
