Can't jump, sneak, or run

So for some reason, I can't jump, sneak or run in Skyrim. The problem isn't the controller or the controls, and I've tried reloading it without any mods or add-ons. My controller is fully functional, and I can't sneak/run/whatever no matter which key I use. Anyone have any idea what's going on or how to fix it?

From another thread, in case you haven't found the solution: Toggling sneak via keyboard won't help there. What you need to do is find a chair or bench of some sort and sit. When you get back up, you'll be able to toggle sneak mode as normal....
