SERVING JAIL TIME

if i decide to go ahead and serve my time in the mines for murder how long do i have to mine there?, i have a mission in markath but i killed a few people there for the brotherhood and now i cant do ne thing in that city and i have another mission there

This made me think of something. I REALLY wish guards were more difficult as well as prison time, because it is virtually impossible to arrest me unless I desire for you too even on hardest difficult.

u dont mine if u did forswan quest u most talk to guy then u go in a cave with spiders to escape

i have served time there and you can break out, just start asking around in the mine to the inmates

If you are doing the quest "Nobody Escapes Cidna Mine...", follow the quest and escape. If your imprisonment was induced by this quest only, you'll be let off the hook.

If you got arrested some other way, pressing 'E' (or whatever you've bound that button to) over a silver vein will allow you to serve your time.

And might I add, the idea of assassination is to not get caught ;P.
