Curly the friendly skeever

When you make your hearthfire house, eventually the housecarl or someone of your family will tel you that there are noises coming out of the basement. So you go down and get assaulted by giant rats. Four of them attack out of hand, but after you kill them another walks out of a corner. Your immediate reaction in your fury is to strike the poor critter to oblivion, but if you stay your hand, this fifth skeever is not an enemy. It just walks around looking at you in a friendly manner. I like to let it live and keep it as a pet.

I have mine in one house and four attacking ones in anotrher. I done hurt them but they attack me and make a mess down there, but it is ok. They are my friends. I want an army of them.
