Stamina wont regenerate unless I use potions
My stamina is all wonky and won't function. I would set my stamina to 9999999 in a heartbeat, but I don't know how. Also if anyone know just how to fix this without setting your stamina to 9999999999999999999 let me know, because I don't want to cheat. :)

Check your magica to see if you have a disease! it will appear in red under the attributes menue down the bottom.

I've had this bug several times. Most of the time, people just told me to check if I had any diseases or if I had become a vampire - which was annoying since each time I began my posts saying that I had checked and these were not the issue >_<.

Anyway, if it isn't diseases or vampires, then the only way I've ever found of fixing this was to go to a save before it got weird.

If you remember what was happening when this first occurred, that may help.

For instance, this happened to me once from a modded disease that stopped stamina regeneration. I used a potion of vitality, and the disease went away but the effect didn't.

Another time was due to a bug with attacking using a modded throwing weapon. The animation for the throw glitched, and before I knew it my stamina stopped regenerating >_<. This one was fixed for restarting the game and throwing the same item - this time making sure that the animation completed.

Try different things, but my main suggestion is to load a save from before this started =/.

You should have kept the vampirism. You're much stronger with it than without it. Necromage vampires get +25% magnitude and +50% duration to blessings, stones, potions, enchantments, self targeted spells(wards, flesh spells, etc), and even some perks.

The health, stamina, and magicka regeration penalties for vampires only apply outside during daylight hours. The right enchants on your gear(which are 25% more effective assuming you took the Necromage perk) can completely negate those penalties providing you've been working on your enchanting skill. The +25% fire vulnerability is negated if you use the Lord Stone to gain 25% resistance to magic(+31% if you have Necromage) because aside from traps there are no non-magical sources of fire in the game.

I would rather be a werewolf.

Far, far less useful than being a vampire.

I really don't want to be botherd all the time by the constant messagees about how my vampire's blood boils in the sunlight or how he is now hated and fear and has to drink blood to reverse the disease.ITS A CHORE!

But quite a bit more fun.

Being a vampire gives you stat boosts to magic, as you've already illustrated.

Being a werewolf allows you to tranform into a vicious beast and slash your opponents to ribbons and eat their flesh.

Sorry, being a werewolf is just more interesting. May not be as effective later on in the game, but it's quite a bit more interesting than a few stat boosts.

I know this is very old but I ran into the same problem recently, fire your bow once. The bow had glitched out in fire mode and was reducing stamina and its regen.

Thanks, this just happened to me and your fix worked!

Vampire lord can also tranform. Necromage though makes all enchantments +25% stronger so who needs to transform when you can make a 900 damage bow.

I had the same issue with Health and Magicka.
This web page ( https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/6qf7l8/help_magicka_will_not_regenerate_no_matter_what_i/ ) talks about using the program SkyTweaks ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33395/? ) which fixed my issue.

It was maybe another mod or broken item I equipped that caused this issue.
In SkyTweak, access the page Attributes.
On that page you have 3 things you want to hover your mouse over to see their actual values:
Base Stamina Rate,
Base MagickaRate, and
Base Healthrate.
You will see an "overall actor value". You alter
Base Stamina Rate,
Base MagickaRate, or
Base Healthrate,
so as to increase the "overall actor value".

In your case, I would increase "Base Stamina Rate" by 0.5 until your issue is fixed.
