Msi Afterburner OSD
although this is not a problem relating to skyrim, it relates to gaming in general. I use the msi afterburner online display to show info at the top left corner of games. Recently, my hdd failed, and my ssd had to be reformatted and i had to redownload the aforementioned software. all games previously showed up before this event, and now, none show up at all. i followed all instructions and enabled the osd and it is yet to appear in-game. Help would be greatly appreciated. My version is: 2.3.1

thanks for the link! however, although people had related problems, they are steps i have already taken "enable check box for monitor osd", etc. and i dont know how to resolve this. Anyone that had a problem like this, that resolved it safely?

also if you're using an enb the afterburner overlay will conflict with the enb overlay and crash the game

2:20 i tried that stuff. its strange that it wont appear. does the application have to be minimized to tray to appear? ive heard that msi afterburner is supposed to launch in background (tray) on startup. Before this reformatting this occured, now it doesnt, is that normal?

it doesnt seem to start on boot, do you how i get it to. i know its designed to do it.

open afterburner click settings (down by the bottom ) ,"start with windows"

Thank you so much sir! it is fixed!!! i cant thank you enough!!! if only people on consoles were so nice and helpful!!! but, i gave that up a long time ago. once again, Thank You!

your welcome , just remember if you install an enb you have to disable the msi osd or you will ctd at start up
