But in most cases I agree with Mr. Pie Man the console commands are much easier. And no matter what anyone tells you Bethasea left them on there for a purpose.
Also a potion of cure disease can cure you. You can become a vampire even in Skyrim I read but not a strong one like in Dawnguard.
All this person did was ask if it can be cured...It's a yes or no answer.
The answer is yes, it can be cured. In fact you can get and cure vampirism over and over.
If you get the Better Vampires mod that was mentioned earlier in the thread it incentivizes frequent feedings with minor boosts to strength, speed, attack speed, and jump height if you accumulate enough feedings.
