Mod Request: Weapon Mod: Hidden Blades
I would LOVE for them to make a weapon mod! They have made the Assassins Creed clothing & weaponry ranging from Altair to Haythem & Connor Kenway in Assassins Creed 3. So what they need to make to make the ensemble complete? Hidden Blades!!! They need to make hidden blades. Nobodys done it yet and I would love for somebody to do so but I know it's gonna be a little tuff some people tried couldn't do it but I need that weapon mod and to the person that can achive this fret then I humbly thank you and solute you! HIDDEN BLADES!!!

Well, if you look around at the AC mods, whether there are many or not, I'm unsure, but the one I saw last night which provides the armor and clothing says he is working on getting the hidden blades working. (They are already visible in the armor) however, he says due to mechanics, it is a very difficult and tedious process. Best bet is to communicate with the mod authors for the current Assassins Creed mods you use about this.

Thanks bro I'll do that you probably put my mind at ease with this info so thank you.

No problem. I'm being unusually patient myself. As far as I'm concerned, without those hidden blades being usable, it just wouldn't be the same. I'm waiting for it myself.

Yeah we're the only outcasts, the only one who cares, we're brothers connected by the bonds of the 9 Divines!

Metaphorically speaking of course

If a person can make it for Oblivion, then they can make it for Skyrim, Eh?

yeah but most modders are still moding for oblivion and very few are modding for morrowind still. the ones that do mod for skyrim have thier hands full doing other things like working on incomplete mods and stuff. :P

I suggest you to admit it that it would be better as sneaking perk - because

you can't make game that it can do something like this without dealing with game engine ( you haveto declare new weapon type) so perk ( like "works only with AC armors") would be much more easier (like improved Backstap for example) - it would be also more realistic, because you won't use thoose hidden blades whole time (imagine to play like this in AC - you're gonna die sooner than you can even imagine)
But well - that's just my suggestion
And also sorry for long post --------> ( . ) ( . )

Not really sure how the process is for making a mod, but ive noticed that perhaps the bound sword animation could be used and instead of a bound sword, a dagger style skin could be used, but the dagger would be on the under side of the wrist. it's not exactally like the real thing but it would still be a wrist blade.

Does OP mean something like this? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14060/?

I think this particular mod doesn't work anymore on its own, since skyrim has been updated since the author last worked on it. But this:

Supposedly fixes it.

I have never used it myself, but thought it worth mentioning.
