Then type: fov 90
Press enter
see if that fixes it...but now you won't have headbob
you can make it perm in ini adding this

Still either way your sort of disabling a realistic effect of game, if that is issue I would really look to see if anyone has found a fix for drivers for card......
Of course there's always the upgrade your card option....:D Can't tell you how much I love my GTX 670, just upgraded from a HD7850 that ran pretty sweet too.....I just overburdoned it with an insane number of mods.
But yeah I think from what ive heard about my card that i want to upgrade anyway,

Of couse it could be caused by something running on Win in the background can't rule that out. and I can't think of a game issue that would cause only first person probs. I can only suggest looking at any other software that might be running in Windows background that might be interfering with the video, any joysticks that are connected, game pads, multiple mice, just a suggestion as I am truley stumped.
