Healing spell bug?

So everytime I have a healing spell equipped (fast healing, healing hands, etc) I get this weird flickering yellow screen and the graphic for the spell is messed up. I disabled all of the mods that I have installed and it is still doing it. Not sure if it is the patch or not because I havent played the game in 2 months and it is only with healing spells that this is happening... anyone else have this problem?
