For those of you looking to get every perk via legendary skills

So as you all probably know, in order to get all perks fully maxxed out you need 251 perk points. I decided to do some testing via the console to figure out how many times you would need to level your skills in order to get to level 252 (251 perk points)

What i did was use a batch file with advskill command for every skill skill in the game, set them all to legendary and repeat over and over to see how long it takes.

As bethesda said, once you reach level 50, you stop gaining levels at an increasing rate, this rate continues on past the old level cap so as you can immagine, grinding out 252 level is going to be VERY tedious....

anyways after finishing up here was my results:

you need legendary level 8 for EVERY skill to get to level 250. What that means is that you have maxed out each skill 9 times. From here, I leveled up two handed to legendary 11.

This got me half way into level 252, so you could probably do it somewhere half way through two handed legendary 10.

At this point, if you were to evenly distribute all of your health/stam/magicka, you would have almost 940 in each.

TL:DR

You need to hit legendary level 8 with all skills, and legendary level 11 with one (assuming that all skill contribute to a level evenly) to hit level 252 and obtain every perk.

Now for those of you who want to attempt this legitmatately without the console, i guess the fastest way of doing it would be to grind out speechcraft in the black briar meadery with that wood elf.

i wish legendary made the skill better like smithing or when you got a legendary people would recenize that they was legendary

Your welcome. It didnt take too long as i used the advskill console command (which grants levels at the same rate as it would leveling them legitimately).

I know it has been a long time since this post, but I just thought I'd add this: The telekinesis-fast travel glitch will level your alteration from 15-100 in one go. The amount of levels it raises, of course depends on your current level: At about level 70, it will raise your level 3x, at level 130, it will raise your level only once.
