Is there a way to turn off kill moves without using a mod?

The kill move slowmotion mini cutscenes, are EXTREMELY annoying and break immersion, especially when they happen constantly, repeatedly, and often. I have several high level characters (level 81 +) and the kill moves cutscenes happen nearly every kill.

Is there a way to turn off killmoves, without adding a mod?

Maybe in the .ini? Not totally sure though. Whenever I look at the .ini I think "tl;dr"

I have already looked through both the skyrim.ini and skyrimperfs.ini files and there isn't anything listed in them that pertains to killmoves or cutscenes.

There's a mod called "A Dance of Death - A Killmove mod" that adds new killmoves etc. which I know you don't want but the mod also adds settings to change the frequency at which they happen and other settings as well. I remember seeing it on the Workshop but since I only use the Nexus idk if its still there or not.

I remember seeing it on the nexus as well as a few others. I am hoping to be able to remove the kill-moves completely though. However, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to look at them again. Thank you.

There is one that lets your turn them all off as well,

Don't know of any way to do it without a mod unfortunately.

Need to do that every time you play.

Maybe because it was last updated in October.

I'm not sure, some mods need to be updated, but others (like Elys Mem Info) can be uploaded and left alone and work just fine.

Edit: According to the comments, it's the latter, so I don't see what the problem would be

you might need either MCM or SKSE for it to work I cant remember

I just installed SKSE, and SkyUI for a different one. So much for not adding more mods.... lol
