It's called a "Shaman's" key, not "Shammons". The Shaman's Key can be used to open chests inside Falmer tents and Shaman's huts.

Mostly for the Blackreach region due to having a LOT of high level locks and those who can't deal with the minigame. Plus they are bugged for having no sell value or trade to Calcemo in Markarth.
