Cant start 'The Pursuit Quest'

i played the hard answers and finshed it but when i start talking with karliah to start the nxt mission dont know what happend and now new mission started, now im lokking to find her everywhere i cant find her, and when i try to talk with Brynjolf ' he is in harry and will speack with me later. i dont know what to do, any help......am playin on PC and i carried on with the game now i want to finsh this thief guild missions...any help guyz>>

i cant find her in the ragged flagon

I did break into Mercer's house but nothing come up as an arrow to follow, coz the nxt quest after hard answers didnt come up yet, and i cant find karliah at all

I have had lots of problems with my quest from Riften Npc's. I just got accepted into guild and Brynolf says follow him. He doesn't move from his seat. I wait 10 minutes, nothing and when I quit paying any attention he has up and left and no where to be found. Went back to previous save and he gets up and travels all over Skyrim, but does nothing(and I mean all over from east to west, north to south every city and town almost).
