How to Exit Darkfall Cave??

I'ts embarassing, but I'm kinda stucked here. I can't seem to find the way out and I just keep running in circles. I can't get out the way I came in since I came in through the water that runs there. :( Can anyone direct me how to get out of Darkfall Cave? Thank you very much!

Abysmal wasn't it? Probably the worst in the game. The map doesn't do any good, its dark, and you're so easily turned around! Yeah I managed to get through it too, but wow!

so any help on this would be good, I'm at this point and have been going in circles myself, can't go upstream and the map does not help.

Have you tried clairvoyance?

Seem to remember Clairvoyance didn't help - just try and keep going forward, follow the weird glowing pink flowers, you'll get there in the end, promise! (maybe drop low value items every now and then so you can tell if you've already been that way?)

Light a torch and turn up the brightness in options, you'll get out no worries.

clairvoyance is no help... and I shall the other options.... thanks.... if someone can remember what they did here and post some direction that would be good :)

Darkfall cave, where are you headed, HUggy? going our of darkfall, or in search of the first "wayshrine"? If it's your first time and you're on Touching the Sky ( i think), you'll have to jump right in the water from the weak hanging bridge. . if you're done with the quest, and going out of darkfall, go straight ahead and before the dead end, there's a passage at your right side leading to the exit. .

no fast travel.... you'll never guess what I did..... there is a spot where you can look up and see daylight, I start jumping and worming my way up that (yes it is possible) this took a little time but I manage to get to the top, where you are not 'programed to be' everything outside is blocky and looks screwed up, I moved fall down thinking i was going to land in water but kind of kept falling, then out of blue it starts me in skyrim out side the darkfall cave.... I guess thats the hard way out... oh well it worked... stupid but it worked....

Clairvoyance was the most useless when you needed it the most X( but then again sometimes it was a bit helping if you wanted to get out of a cave fast.

I remember thinking my clairvoyance must have been bugged at the time... it does not work in Darkfall Cave ... neither does Fast Travel .. It is a long quest and simply have to keep going forward .. but the exit is on the otherside of the Glacial Crevice entrance .. You find the last wayshrine right before utilizing all the water you collect and enter the temple.

Though a vast area to cover .. while outdoors it had some beautiful scenery.

I ran around like a lunatic, Serana must have thought I gone mad (or madder than I already am)
then I thought about having a torch so I could actually see where I was going, that helped quite a bit

Can someone tell me approximately where on the map exit from darkfall passage is please?

I finally found it. It is north, approximately in the middle of the map that you have while in this confusing area. Once you find the alchemy desk you are on your way.
