Infinite charge glitch?
I recently enchanted my dragonbone sword with absorb health and chaos dam. the thing is the charge never seems to go down, ever. i was just wondering if anybody else came across this glitch?

I have never experienced it, but you should feel sure-as-hell blessed to have it.

There's a perk in the enchanting tree that restores some charges to your weapon on hit / on kill. Check to see if you have that.

It was the -100% destruction enchantments i had on my armor.

There is also a mod where all enchanted weapons never go down from the Max. Charges. There are so many things to do later in the game especially with the DLC's and Special Quest mods I do not want to worry about enchanting again,
