Do you use trainers? Why or why not?

I've heard from people who don't like to use trainers. I'm just curious why people decide to use (or not use) trainers.

I never use trainers.I like to level up slowly by myself.Apart from that Im a thief who refuses to pay for anything. :)

I use them to train me on skills I rarely use (like pickpocketing and conjuration), and to level up more quickly.

If I'm playing a bow + another weapon character, I'll sometimes use trainers for skills I'll need eventually that aren't being used enough to level in the beginning, like light armor or block. Only while the training is cheap (early levels) though :)

I'm sort of addicted to leveling so I'll probably keep using a trainer unless someone gives me a good reason not to. One person was saying they also use a mod that slows down leveling on top of not using trainers. They're also using a mod that gives them less money for buying and selling stuff. Money becomes useless after a certain point unless you either spend it on trainers or install mods to prevent you from getting more money from barter.

The only trainers I ever used in Skyrim was for pickpocketing, and alchemy. Otherwise I see them as useless.

I don't use trainers, I just use the console commands...

I use trainers in certain instances. You are buying a service just like if you want to buy an updated weapon. It is in the game and I can see no reason not to use them.

i use what ever i bump into.... just because of convienence or i use lightstar books and make a permanent bat file for my skill of choice .... easier... the game is basically STACKED against you so do what you need to do.

If I have a ton of poisons/potions I need sold and Arcadia doesn't have all the gold, I usually train with her so she gets more money to buy for.
