Hearthfire-like town/fort mod?

This may be slightly odd, but am wondering is there is a mod that is pretty much Hearthfire stuff but more in the line of building your own fort or town? I seen a few here that add like walls and such and making estates more fort looking, but am wondering if there are more or perhaps even a mod that after clearing out a fort, it let you take over and rebuild it for yourself.

There is on Nexus... but not here on workshop.

Would you perhaps know the name of certain good ones? Since not really talking about pre-made ones for players which I found a lot of but ones that start off really small, if not poor but then you can help fix it all up.
