Ignore the "How to Install" parts of the video, as SKSE is now available as an .exe installer
Then once installed, you have to run Skyrim through the SKSE launcher, or SKSE won't function with Skyrim.
Also, it should be noted that SKSE is a tool, NOT a mod. SKSE does nothing alone unless you use a mod that requires it.
