Where xx is the number of how far down Dawnguard is in your load order.
(Skyrim.esm is 00, Update.esm is 01 and so on. Dawnguard is usually 03, but this may differ.)
Load an old backup with Serena, turns away and redid the quest, maybe ...
If you get a compiled script error, it means that 03 doesn't represent your Dawnguard esm file. Keep increasing the number until it doesn't error.
Any easy way to find the correct number, is open the Skyrim launcher and click "data files". Count down the list (only counting files that are checked!) starting from 01 until you reach the Dawnguard one. Whatever number you're on then is the number you need.

Base ID refers to the base character that Serana is based off. RefID is her actual instance in the game world. In reply to the error thing, NMM includes Update.esm and Skyrim.esm in the load order which Skyrim does not, so the number you're looking for is -2 whatever NMM shows. Or should be (so your 03 should become 01).
Console code or old backup ... uncorrupted.
I see no other solution for your problem, sorry.
