Rising at Dawn bug - Falion doesn't show up

Hi. I have an issue with the mission "Rising at Dawn" when you try to get ride of your vampire course. I did all the steps and now I have to meet Falion in the stones place at night, but he doesn't show up, he never leaves his house.

I searched in internet to find out that other players have the same problem, but so far the only solution I found is "reload previous save game and try again". I did it a few times, but still it doesn't work.

Any ideas? Help!

Hey there Ricardo, I'm afraid many players in their game have Falion unable to leave his house around three before dawn. This could be result of your high stage within vampirism if you've hadn't feed in a while even with Dawnguard installed, or another technical issue with the quest.

Open the console and type this command without any " "
1) Setstage VC01 200

This will automatically update the mission and proceed to complete it with your vampirism resolved. I hope this helps =]

Thank you very much! After reloading previous save data several times and wasting a lot of time, that command finally fixed the problem!

I hope I wont have technical issues now for using tricks (like the guy in the other thread who can not unlock trophies anymore)....

You don't meet him at night, but at the crack of dawn. Which is around 6am.

I can confirm that this command works and it did not stop me from unlocking any new achievements. :)

I had the same problem and I found that the solution was to disable the mod "when vampires attack". If this mod is active, Falion won't leave his house, and so doesn't appear at stones cult place, because you are a vampire!

I need help, My vampire stage is so deep that everytime i show up he just kills me instead of helping.

So I was just having the same trouble, I came here and even when there are missions where codes are the only solution, this is one that it's worth trying.

Here is what I did: following the rule that you do not have to be blood-starved for Falion to show up, I came with the idea that Serena must be the reason Falion wasn't showing up, as she is a vampire too. And in my case that was the problem, I ask her to wait a little afar from the place you are supposed to meet Falion. Then I waited from midnight and around 2AM he showed up.

Hope this helps someone in 2019!
