Ulfberth War-Bear Bugged - Help please!

Recently I've started playing Skyrim again and I've been aiming for all of the achievements, one of which is to gain 100,000 gold. So I headed over to the Blacksmiths in Whiterun and spoke the the woman who works outside, I sold her my goods and headed inside to trade with Ulfberth.

He doesn't give me the option to view his shop, so I can't sell nor buy.
The only two available options are: "Who forges your arms and armour" and "Who's in charge of Whiterun"

When I exit his chat menu he keeps saying "Release me" or "Uhhhhhhh" as if he is a zombie, I'm not sure if this is normal but this keeps happening.

I've had a good look on google and other Skyrim help forums and I can't find anyone else with the same issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you talk with the smith, Adrianne Avenicci, who usually hangs out outside Warmaiden's? I did all my buying and selling with her (before a vampire attack killed her).

Yes, I can still sell/buy from her. Sometimes Ulfberth says "I should bash your face for all you've done" and I heard that only happens if you kill her, but she's outside and she's alive.

If I remember correctly, I could only sell/buy from her. I only once approached Ulfberth, since that involved going into the shop (and all the loading of the shop interior that entails). I don't remember getting a ‘sell’ dialogue when I talked with him.

Have you tried selling to Eorlund Gray-Mane at the Skyforge? (I haven't yet. I'm just suggesting it as an alternative.)
