Cant Locate Dexion Evicus

Hey Guys,

I've just completed Kindred Judgment (sided with the Dawnguard) and was going to get rid of my Elder Scrolls, i've read online that Dexion Evicus can take them off your hands however i cant seem to locate him. I've checked Dawnguard and Castle Volkihar but no luck! Any ideas as to where he's hiding too ?
