then after the data is archived and saved to your desktop you can open NMM click the blue icon at the top of the mod half and navigate to data1 or whatever you named that particular archive and load it up. then all thats left is to copy/paste the loader files to your skyrim folder where tesv.exe lives and your all set... you can make a shortcut to skse_loader.exe to desktop
When you open 7zip you need to navigate to the folder where you downloaded the zip or RAR file (usually your Downloads folder), then click on it and Extract.
Then you can switch to Windows Explorer, go to your Downloads folder and then copy or cut/paste the extracted files (or folder where they are contained) into whichever folder you want to put it in.
I used the SKSE installer, it doesn't install into your game, unless they updated it since the 13th.
you are using the latest version yes?
My path to the ini looks like this just for a point of reference, it will look different if you are using the steam version of the game >>>> C:\Program Files (x86)\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim\Data\SKSE and remember the ini file has a little cog wheel on it. "
