Solstheim Map bugged + not getting "Solstheim Explorer"

Recently I've been working on getting all Achievements for Skyrim, and now I am missing just one rather simple task: Discover 30 Locations on the Island of Solstheim, and I wondered why i havent gotten it, since you practically discover 30 Locations just by doing the main quest line. Now I've discovered literally every Location on the Island, and I still don't have it. I tried redoing the DLC Questline, discovered every location once again, still nothing.
Another issue is the fact that the map I open on Solstheim is not that of Solstheim at all, but rather the normal map of Skyrim, just with the Solstheim map markers instead of Skyrim's.

Is anyone else having a similar issue? Drives me mad to have just one bugged Achievement missing :/ I hope someone can help :)

Have to be on Solstheim for that map to open.
I thought I had every location discovered, but found two more spots that I can't figure out how to access yet.
Maybe you missed something?

Even if I hadn't discovered everything, that shouldnt matter, since Solstheim has around 60 locations on it, and ive discovered around 54 or so and you only need 30 to get the "Solstheim Explorer" Achievement. And I know that i have to be on Solstheim to see Solstheim's map, thats the problem, I AM on Solstheim, and it still shows me Skyrim's map, but with Solstheim's map markers.

Yup, hope so too :/ Hurts my OCD-plagued heart to have 74/75 (99%) of the Achievements :D and that sodding last one being a ridiculously easy one as well :D

Do you have a mod that could be interfering with Solstheim and the achievement? (I didn’t have any problems in Solstheim, and have only the Unofficial Patches.) If that’s not the problem, I suggest posting to the Bethesda forums, or if that doesn’t solve your problem, Bethesda support. I looked at UESP and couldn’t find any mention of a bug that would cause those problems.

A couple of the locations are next to impossible to get to. I believe those are on or near the north coast. IIRC, I had to climb over and then slide down a mountain or a glacier crevasse to get to them. There’s no walking out afterwards, either — you have to fast travel.

Well, originally i used a Mod that remodels the World map and adds roads and such, but after I noticed I didn't get the Achievement and the Map was bugged, i removed the mod and loaded a save on which i havent discovered Solstheim yet (practically the very start of the game), still had the same problem though. I started the game without any mods enabled as well, didn't help either :/

It's fixed. Reinstalled the game, removed literally every mod, rediscovered Solstheim, and i got it :)

That’s why I’m light on mods. There are a few that are ‘safe’ — Amazing Follower Tweaks, Essential Lydia, and Follower Map Markers for instance — but the rest I stay away from. The game code is too complex and the dependencies too obscure among a lot of the other mods for me to risk breaking my game (although it seems to break on its own often enough).

I've had my fair share of fun in solstheim already, don't worry :D My only problem was getting the achievement :P I'm pretty careful with mods as well, i usually just pick mods with tons of endorsements and patches when its necessary. I believe the reason the map got bugged is because of 2 Map Mods i had installed that weren't compatible with Dragonborn and replaced the Solstheim Map with Skyrim.

I've discovered that with the mod "Wintermyst" comes an enchantment, that allows you to enchant a piece of equipment to detect map markers an extra 200 meters away.
This seems to break the quest from registering any discoveries at all. So if anyone has that installed, if coming here in the future looking for answers, I suggest taking that piece of equipment off before exploring Solstheim.
Alternatively, if you've already "discovered" every location in Solstheim and are suffering this exact error, use "tmm 0" and discover the locations again without the piece of equipment equipped.
