Marry Elisif the Fair

I want my character to marry Queen Elisif the Fair. A couple of videos on YouTube which seem to show this is possible using console commands. But the instructions on them are unclear.

Could someone point me to source of information which will give the answers, please?

It seems rather basic though and never used it myself so can not vouch for how bugfree it is,.

I remember using a console command to marry Lydia before one of the patches added her to the potential marriage faaction. The console command was addtofaction 00019809 1
Although she was supposed to be in the faction, the dialogue was just missing, so not sure if it would work with Elisif since she isnt a part of the faction in the first place

Relationship rank must be set up to 4 before any character becomes available to marriage. I once tested this to a Riften guard, just for the heck of it.
