oblivion UI vs Skyrim UI

which do you guys like more Skyrim's user interface or oblivions and why.
I live oblivions because when it come to buying and selling things its much much easier to see also in skyrims skills it looks as though you're in space or something and the map I really like the map more in oblivion.

I prefer neither game's UI. I do prefer DarN's UI for Oblivion and SkyUI for Skyrim though. I also haven't had problems understanding how to buy or sell anything in game.

I really have no opinion on the space skill trees.

I do prefer Oblivion's map to Skyrim's which is why I use Warburgs 3D Paper World Map[www.nexusmods.com] mod.

By default menu UI, as in, no mods installed, my choice go hands down to Oblivion's vanilla UI. Character viewer, proper item/magic tabs, item sorting by name-wheight-value.

Skyrim, on the other hand, has a better map system, better dividing of magic and items(was sort of confusing in Oblivion with your 9001 spells) and a better Quest log where you it's easier to keep track of your quests.

I like simple clean user interfaces, and thus lean heavily towards Skyrim's. Oblivion's has an awkward two-tiered tabbed window that only usable once you learn the hot keys.

That's not to say that Skyrim's is perfect, it's not. They really screwed up on the scrolling and sorting departments. But I don't really like SkyUI either, just personal preference. I think they added too much complexity to it. (What the heck do all those columns mean?)
