Sure though try not to upload stuff on youtube and such. Don't need to anyway there's plenty as is haha I'm watching atm. Still looks like a typical MMO in terms of combat and no longer TES. Too bad. Just saw a footage of some guy just standing inside a large boss, glitched out together by the no collision stuff and just mechanically whacking with a sword as if it were Morrowind again.
I believe the game engine is still based on Bethesda's Creation Engine, their own in-house engine, unlike previously used Gamebryo[www.gamebryo.com] engine, used in Fallout 3 and Oblivion.
But I don't really care if it's part of TES, it's more of a side spin-off of it, successful or not won't change it. Like the way WOW doesn't really feel like part of Warcraft. I do hope though that there will still be a singleplayer TES6 developed, and maybe they can add a 2 person co-op or something there.
Its not *illegal*, it is, however, most lilkely a violation of the beta NDA (which would make it a tort).
