Level 76 Illusion but Atub doesn't offer training - help!

Like the post says, I'm level 76 in Illusion and have completed the quest "The Cursed Tribe." I just want to learn Invis. ='(

Playing on a PC with: High Res Texture Pack, Dawnguard, Hearthstone, and Dragonborn

go to the mages college in winterhold. the illusion instructor (i forgot his name, but he's a dark elf) will have the spell book for sale.
illusion is my favore magic school as well :P

Yeah he sells the tome at 70.
Since you are 76 just go and buy it at the college.
