Are you running in full screen or windowed mode? People with AMD cards tend to get rid of a lot of stutter by using windowed mode. There is a full screen windowed mod out there that will make the game look full screen, but you are actually in windowed mode. I used to use it and it actually did help with framerate. However, I got a second 6950 and had to stop using it since crossfire doesn't work in windowed mode.

I'm using fullscreen mode, though.

Then that could be part of the problem. Try changing to windowed mode and see if it goes away. If so, I would recommend the mod I mentioned.

Thank you, I'll give it a try

Keep the full screen mode. Try lowering the advanced settings a bit (2-3 points each).

If that doesn't work, try lowering AA and/or substitute for FXAA.

If still nothing, lower Anisotropic. You should see the difference by now. If still nothing, lower your screen resolution.

That should do.

Seems like loweruing the advanced Settings, 3 points each helped.

Thank you guys!

Are you running HD textures?

Yes, I am, unfortunately, the stuttering still shows up a bit...
My PC should run it, see Details in first Post,

Hmmm... still? Did you follow the order I mentioned?

Which resolution are you playing at?

What's the framerate you usually get? I had this problem in certain places where were textures heavy. Try to lower the graphic settings.

@Supermarine Yes, now im playing back in 1920x1080, because lowering it didn't helped.

@Odineado Around 57-60

I've noticed the same thing when i play sometimes. it's not a major issue, more of an annoyance.

i'll try adjusting the settings.

I just restart the game, when screen starts to stutter. Little stretching now and again doesn't hurt.

Still, it is a bit annoying.

You sort of answered your own question. If you're getting 60FPS, its not framerate-related. It's an engine problem, and AMD cards seem the most prone to it. I "fixed" it by cranking my settings up and getting graphics mods until I capped myself at 25-30 FPS, now the stutter makes sense.

Ridiculously backwards method, I assure you.
