Shady Sam ?
what does shady Sam do in skyrim ? in obilvion he sold lock picks and stuff when i did a search to look him up it said that he couldnt possiable be in skyrim becuase oblivion was 200 some years before skyrim so anyways found him in skyrim and I got a screen shoot of him. he was just hanging around river wood ?

Do you have Alternate Start - Live Another Life? The mod adds him in as an homage to Oblivion.

I looked in the Wiki and saw nothing about him being in Skyrim. However, in the Mod "Live Another Life (Alternate Start)" there is a Shady Sam character involved in starting the main quest. It may have been added by that mod, or is just a pre-existing easter egg that the author made use of. Either way, I've seen him too, and he doesn't seem to do anything.
